I’ve been using Apple computers since before my Daughter was born (1993). Back then you didn’t buy them from glossy Apple Stores. If you wanted a “Mac” you visited dusty shops at the poor end of the high street. Guys in socks and sandals took your money and handed over chunky boxes with promises of computing Nirvana. It was an almost sacred experience.
Its a cliche, but “How Times Have Changed” You can now buy Apple watches from huge glossy stores bristling with trendy helpful staff. Apple stores now with addresses at all the finest post codes in London, Paris and New York.
I’m not sure I am ready to hang up my hand wound watch yet and go digital on my wrist…….
