Well Done Dymocks Busselton

Both Jane and I are avid readers. There are huge numbers of books everywhere at home. From Greek Classics all the way through to the rather unusual Self Help book penned by one Ozzy Osbourne.

These books have to come from somewhere and Dymocks in Busselton is a popular choice for some of our more mainstream literary requirements.

I am moved to mention them specifically, because today, whilst paying for a book, the incredibly helpful assistant suggested that perhaps it was appropriate to change the name on my Dymocks loyalty card. She went on to compliment my appearance and cheerfully assured me “I really mean it !”

It was a remarkably positive experience for me, as well as a sincere acknowledgement of the progress I am making in my transition.

To the lady that served us, I want to say a huge “Thank You” I am afraid I don’t know your name, but I am more grateful than you realise. Your kind words and considerate act made a huge difference to my day.

Well Done !

Random acts of kindness will eventually,
like water dripping on a stone help to erode the sadness of the past.
