The “Full English” took on a new meaning for me today.
It may have been bad for my Cholesterol, but my Soul had the work out of a lifetime.
Over a hearty traditional cooked breakfast, and in the company of some good friends, I listened to another Transgender Woman pouring her heart out. It was beautiful, moving, and inspirational.
The full enormity of my journey was reflected back at me, from a different perspective, Her words found their way straight to my heart. I know I am not alone in my struggle. But to see someone on the same journey, so proud, so confident, and so totally in control of her destiny was empowering. This simple event caused ripples right through to my soul. I really felt it…..
What a wonderful gift Daniielle has. I listened to a heartfelt speech, we shared a warm embrace and some encouraging words, and with that, I think my life was changed.
