Turns out a pattern is beginning to appear from this difficult cycle we call LIFE! I think you are suffering from what we girls call PMT. Some months are worse than others, seasonal influences I believe. What seems to be happening here is a concentrated experience because you are going through Puberty and Menopause at the same time. Fortunately it passes.
