I think my newly Personal Trainer maybe testing me.

After getting started on a new regime of diet and exercise I am going to be honest. I am hungry…..Very Hungry

Almost as if there was some telepathic connection between myself and the local fast food establishments, at 22:28 precisely, there was a subtle knock on the door. I opened it to see a smiling Gentleman in a Dominos uniform holding a 2 litre bottle of Coke Cola and a stack of those insulated bags they use for Pizza…..

He was trying to deliver to the wrong address, but I swear I was seriously tempted to take delivery of somebody elses dinner…

I wonder if the Firestation Deliver Chilli Cheese Croquets….?

Fitness Regime Day #1

Wine consumed – Zero

Chocolate consumed -Zero

Nuts and Seeds Consumed – Four Handfulls

Fruit Purchased – Lots…..

    From my own lived experience carbs drive hunger! Sugar is my downfall but it’s also a massive driver of mood (in a bad way) Cut the carbs – breads, pasta, rice, sugar, potatoes & excess fruit – ensure you have enough good fats and protein and of course as much of the veges as you can eat.
